Logo Design & Branding Questions
-
After you have filled out a design brief and once we begin your project, it usually takes approximately 3 weeks before we have our first presentation to review your new branding.

This varies for each client. Sometimes there is 1 clearly superior logo concept that shines above the others we are working on, but other times we may present multiple concepts if they would be equally effective options for the client.

While we are happy to meet people where they are at in regards to their current brand, a vehicle wrap's design can only be as effective as the quality of branding the company has. So yes, you do not have to be branded by us, but first try to take note of the quality of your current branding to make sure you aren't committing to wrapping a vehicle/fleet of vehicles with a brand that won't move the needle.

Vehicle Wrap Questions
-
General lifespan of a vehicle wrap is 5-7 years. The lifespan of a wrap can depend on your region, care given to your vehicle, and other factors.
-
Hand washing with mild soap and water is recommended, avoiding harsh chemicals or pressure washing, which can damage the wrap. Use a soft sponge or cloth to gently clean the surface, and always dry the wrap thoroughly to prevent water spots. Avoid waxing or polishing the wrap, as this can degrade the vinyl’s finish.
For additional care and protection we recommend using Wrap Fresh products, which are available in-store and our online store.
-
Taking a vinyl-wrapped car through an automatic car wash is not recommended, as it can potentially damage the wrap and void your installation warranty. The harsh brushes and abrasive chemicals used in many car washes can cause the vinyl to lift, tear, or fade over time. Even touchless car washes can apply high-pressure water that might compromise the edges of the wrap. To preserve your wrap and maintain the warranty, it's best to hand wash your vehicle using mild soap and water, ensuring a gentle and thorough clean without risking damage.
-
When installed on factory paint free of imperfections and removed within 5 years, the wrap helps preserve your vehicle's paint and leaves no residue behind when professionally removed.

Warranty will be voided if vehicle has non-OEM (aftermarket) paint, vehicle is taken through a car wash or subjected to a pressure washer, or vehicle has been repaired by another shop.

Any vehicles covered under the Premium Warranty will receive extra seal tape applied to areas prone to lifting for added protection. Additionally, we will wipe down the vehicle with Wrap Fresh detailing spray, which provides temporary added UV protection.
